Having been in ministry all of my life sometimes I get lost in the shuffle of all the stuff that HAS to be done and forget what I am Called to do. The Strengthsfinder materials and especially Angela's interactive class really helped me focus on what I'm naturally gifted at so I can funnel my time and energy into projects that inspire me and come naturally. Since I took her class with a leadership team I serve on I got a better sense of what my teammates are gifted to do too.
